Tapi jangan confuse first impression dengan review.
First impression: “Packaging cute, texture nampak promising, scent strong sikit, I’ll test.”
Review: “I pakai dua minggu, under makeup okay, tapi kalau skin sensitive maybe patch test dulu.”
Nampak beza dia? Satu excitement. Satu information.
Audience perlukan dua-dua, but jangan jual excitement as evidence.
Kalau tak suka, tak semestinya kena bash
Kadang-kadang product tak sesuai. Tak bermaksud creator kena drag brand sampai runtuh HQ.
Boleh je cakap smart:
“Not for my skin type.”
“Shade ni oxidise dekat I.”
“Scent dia kuat, so kalau you pening fragrance, skip.”
“Packaging lawa, formula mid.”
Honest tak semestinya rude. Tapi vague puji semua benda pun bukan kind. Itu cuma takut.
And honestly, girls appreciate nuance. Kita tak expect every product jadi miracle. Kita cuma nak tahu apa yang real before kita checkout sebab FYP menjerit.

PR package is not the villain. Fake certainty is.
Unbox lah cantik-cantik. Be excited. Say thank you. Show the ribbon. Kita pun tengok.

Cakap gifted. Bezakan first impression dengan review. Test benda tu in real Malaysian life, bukan cuma under lighting yang boleh buat mineral water nampak luxury.
Sebab audience kau bukan dompet berjalan.
Diorang girls yang kerja, study, save duit, tunggu payday, and decide nak beli based on your words.
Free barang tu rezeki. Trust tu amanah.
