Ada mandi sebab badan melekit.

Everything shower memang sedap untuk otak
Kita faham kenapa ritual ni addictive.
Sebab satu hari kau pegang phone, laptop, tote bag, steering wheel, LRT pole, coffee cup, office stress, orang punya tone pelik dalam WhatsApp. By malam, badan rasa macam simpan semua energy luar.
So bila kau mandi lama, scrub siku, basuh rambut, pakai lotion, tukar bedsheet kalau sempat — it feels like kau buang satu layer hidup yang annoying.
Macam reset button.

And kalau routine tu ada 14 steps sampai kau kena plan macam wedding itinerary, maybe self-care dah jadi kerja part-time. Kita mandi nak rasa ringan, bukan nak tambah KPI.
Monday night version kena realistic
Malam Isnin especially bahaya. Kau nak reset sebab week baru start, tapi kau juga dah penat sebab Monday itself macam 3 hari digabungkan.
So everything shower tak semestinya kena full production.
Sometimes cukup:
- Basuh rambut kalau scalp dah macam minyak goreng.
- Scrub badan sikit, bukan sampai kulit mintak resignation letter.
- Pakai lotion sebab aircond office suka buat kulit rasa kertas.
- Cleanse muka betul-betul, especially kalau sunscreen + makeup + KL dust duduk dari pagi.
- Tukar baju tidur yang tak buat kau rasa macam kain buruk emotionally.
That’s it.
No need gua sha, dry brushing, foot mask, hair oil, scalp serum, silk robe, and journaling 3 pages kalau kau dah menguap dalam shower.
Bestie, cukup mandi bersih pun dah impressive.

Everything shower should make your life softer, not more complicated.
Kalau kau suka full routine, go off. Romanticise bathroom tu. Pakai body mist lepas mandi. Wrap rambut macam main character. Put lotion sampai tangan licin nak buka door knob pun susah.
Cute.
But kalau kau rasa overwhelmed, simplify.
Pick one “extra” per shower. Tonight hair mask. Next time scrub. Weekend baru shave + full lotion + semua benda. Beauty maintenance ni marathon, not panic sprint.
And please, jangan try product baru semua sekali dalam satu malam. Nanti kulit merajuk, kau tak tahu culprit siapa. One new thing at a time. Skin bukan group project.
Verdict dia macam ni
Everything shower is not fake self-care. It can be the small ritual that makes kau feel human again after a day yang macam kena blend.
Tapi self-care yang best is the one kau boleh actually buat.
Bukan routine yang nampak cantik dekat FYP tapi buat kau stress sebab bathroom tak aesthetic, product tak matching, and kau tak ada energy nak jadi “that girl” pukul 10.47 malam.
Mandi. Basuh stress. Pakai lotion kalau ingat. Tidur atas pillowcase bersih kalau ada tenaga.
