Planner cream. Pen Muji. Matcha. Candle. Girl duduk tepi tingkap, rambut clip lawa, playlist soft.
IRL? Phone battery 12%, lampu bilik kuning, kipas bunyi pelik, satu baju tersangkut dekat kerusi, and kau tengah tulis “jadi better person” sambil lupa buang sampah.
Still valid.
Reset kadang-kadang ialah delete 600 screenshot, susun charger, isi botol air, and letak satu baju bersih untuk esok.
Small, boring, unsexy. Tapi effective.
Kalau goal kau terlalu cantik sampai impossible nak start, kecilkan dia.
Bukan “fix my life.” Maybe “pack bag before sleep.”
Bukan “become that girl.” Maybe “jangan skip lunch sebab busy.”
Bukan “never text him again.” Maybe “mute dia malam ni dulu sebab my peace penting.”

Plan macam kau sayang diri sendiri, bukan macam kau tengah punish diri sendiri.
